The Ohio Valley Chapter supports future television industry professionals by recognizing the talent and efforts of high school and college students in our region with Student Production Awards. We provide financial support for college students through the David J. Clarke Memorial Scholarship and the newly established Board of Governors Scholarship.
The Ohio Valley Chapter is proud to announce 2 scholarship recipients for 2021.Jacob Staley, a senior in film production at Western Kentucky University, will receive a $5,000 grant after being selected among those area college students who applied for the Ohio Valley Chapter’s annual David J. Clarke Memorial Scholarship. Clark Comstock, a junior studying media production at the University of Cincinnati, is the recipient of the inaugural $3,000 Board of Governors scholarship.

The nominees for our 2021 College Student Production Awards were announced Wednesday, September 1st. We received a record number of entries this year and the dedication and talent of the students was evident in the high quality of the productions. We look forward to announcing and recognizing the College Award recipients from our region on October 3rd.

HIGH SCHOOL AWARDS
The award recipients for our 2021 High School Student Production Awards were announced Sunday, July 25th during a virtual ceremony. Congratulations to the talented students throughout our 4-state region.

High School Student Production Award recipients will automatically compete in the National Student Production Awards competition. Nominees and winners will be announced later this year.

High school & college students are recipients of a NATAS Ohio Valley Chapter Regional Student Production Award. Schools and students may not use the Emmy® name or replica of the Emmy® statue in any form of school publications, commercial advertising and promotions. A photo of the Student Production Award may be used in promotions.
