Deadline for Paying Fees: April 1, 2018

IMPORTANT: If you think there is an issue with your invoice (incorrect amount, extra entries, missing entries), don’t pay the invoice yet. Refunds will not be issued to those who pay before invoices have been corrected. If you renewed your membership AFTER the entry was submitted, it may take 10 – 15 minutes for the entry invoice to update to the lower member rate for your entry fees. If your fees do not update after 30 minutes, contact the chapter office (chousley@ohiovalleyemmy.org) or, just click on the chat icon on the bottom, right corner of the page.

Failure to pay entry fees may result in entry disqualification, removal of entrants whose fees have not been paid, or a late fee assessment of $25.

MODIFYING AN ENTRY

Any changes to your entry information must now be done through the chapter office. A $25 processing fee will apply.
Through May 1, 2018, the cost to add a name to an entry will be $25 plus the usual entry fee. Additional names of qualified entrants may be added to an entry after May 1, 2018 through June 1, 2018 for a flat fee of $250 for each name. Names may not be added after the nominations are announced.
